Who are we?

Osten Group NVR R.T.O. is a nationally recognised Training Organisation.

We are an Australian owned and operated RTO, a small team of individuals who are passionate about quality training and industry safety.

Our compliance team has worked within the VET sector for more than 20 years, and our passionate Trainer/Assessors have extensive experience in the construction, and mining industries.

We strive to develop quality and current training materials for evolving industries, that meet and exceed industry and government regulatory requirements.

We work closely with Trainer assessors, employers, and industry to succeed in this, as well as monitor and continuously improve our training packages, systems, and delivery techniques.

Osten Group works and liaises with industry to ensure our employers and qualified Trainer/Assessors are using quality and current training materials. We are continually enhancing our training packages to suit the current industry trends.

Roles

• Working with employers to develop their own Trainer/Assessors
• Working with employers & Trainer Assessors to develop tailored training packages to suit their own work place requirements.
• Developing training packages at a standard current for industry.
• Monitoring and improving training packages through consultation with industry, this ensures training packages are current to with evolving industry.
• Managing Compliance with VET Regulator
